Returned faulty earphones but no refund/coupon received
Complaint Text:
I ordered Hammer Nova Type C earphones from Swiggy Instamart on 15th May (Order #[protected]). The first product was faulty, so I requested a replacement. The replacement also had the same fault and even worse — one side had very low sound. I then requested a reverse refund, and the delivery partner picked up the product.
Since it was a COD order, I was told I’d receive a Rs. 265 coupon within 24–48 hours. But as of 19th May, I have not received any refund, coupon, or update.
Swiggy support has stopped responding. This is very unfair and disappointing. I just want my money back or a proper replacement.
Desired Resolution:
