Swiggy Instamart — I have not received any coupon code for my return Item

If anyone can check this help me with the issue.

Multiple times I notified you regarding my coupon not visible and I am getting pathetic service from your end.

I had multiple calls to Swiggy customer care from past 15 days and not received any positive response from them, I claimed that coupon is not visible to me and everytime getting assurance that the issue is resolved within 48 hours but it is not resolved yet.

In any claws I need my rupees 500 in my account or the amount in the Swiggy Wallet.

Please do the needful action as soon as possible otherwise I have to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
