As mentioned in the product highlights section of your listing, the pack contents clearly state:
• Box Contents: 2 x Car Neck Rest Pillow
• Pack Size: Pack of 2
However, the main heading of the listing confusingly states “1 Piece”. This contradiction misled me into believing I would receive a pack of two pillows, as indicated in the highlights section. Unfortunately, I have received only one pillow.
I have photo evidence of the product, along with a delivery and unboxing video, clearly showing that only one pillow was delivered.
Furthermore, I reached out to your support team via both call and chat, but received no resolution. I was merely asked to send an email, with no meaningful assistance or acknowledgment of the issue — a very disappointing customer service experience.
Please resolve this issue urgently by either:
• Arranging delivery of the missing pillow,
OR
• Issuing a refund for the incomplete order.
