Swiggy Instamart — Refuse to resolve issue of supplied wireless mouse supplied with a dead battery

This with regards to my Swiggy Instamart Order no #[protected] dated 15 December 2024, which included 1 X LAPCARE Goodie LMW-222, 1600 DPI wireless mouse. The battery supplied with the mouse is dead on receipt of the package, and Swiggy has refused to replace the same. Despite repeated requests to Swiggy chat executive Priyanshu, he has refused to replace the battery and also refused to have anyone call me. To my knowledge, there is no helpline number for Swiggy for me to contact, hence I cant call Swiggy for help.
