I placed an order from Swiggy Instamart on [insert order date], under a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer on select ice creams.
I selected two eligible ice cream tubs from the Buy 1 Get 1 banner section. However, only the paid items were delivered, and the free ones were missing. The order total was ₹415.

Immediately after the order was delivered, I contacted Swiggy support through chat. After a long wait, I was told that this issue is “not in their scope” and I was asked to email [protected]@swiggy.in and wait 24–48 hours for a reply. No return or refund was offered.
This is a clear case of:
- False advertising and misrepresentation of promotional offers
- Non-fulfilment of the BOGO promise
- No escalation or real-time customer support
- No way to return falsely charged items
I am requesting the following:
1. A full refund for the missing promotional items
2. An official response and acknowledgment of misleading promotion
3. Action against Swiggy for running such false campaigns without redressal
I have attached screenshots of the BOGO offer, chat transcript with support, and the order invoice for reference.
I urge the concerned authorities and Swiggy to look into this and resolve it at the earliest.
