Swiggy — Item ordered was burnt to crisp and cannot be consumed

I have Ordered Restaurant [protected]@36 special grill from swiggy (order #[protected] for Rs.714/-. When i opened pack and started consuming it i observed that the grill is burn to crisp and tasted very bad. i removed mayo an checked the pieces all the pieces are burnt black and it does not taste like chicken since burnt . I informed same to swiggy but they ask me to rate the restaurant. If same thing happens in at restaurant dine in i would have called the manager and asked him to taste it. what is the use of me paying for food that is not consumable. I am swiggy one member also.
