Swiggy — items missing from order and customer service executive denied refund

I have ordered food from from swiggy app (New krishna bhojnalay bareilly (Order no. [protected]). I haven't received complete order. Paneer tikka worth rs. 120 was not delivered to me for which i have a proof also which i am attaching with this complaint. I have also called the customer service executive, but he (Sheikh amanullah) clearly denied for refund or delivering the missing item.
