[Resolved] Swiggy — Missing Items I ordered. Compensation denied | |
Hi. Date of the incident - 1-October-2021 Description - I order food on Swiggy and the items ordered by me were 3 Burgers, 3 Fries and 3 pepsi. The delivery guy delivered 3 fries and 2 pepsi. I sent them an email to either send me an order which had all the items ordered by me or refund, they denied my request. They are not trying to help on call nor on chat. Only asking me to send email but not resolving the issue there as well. The missing items were 3 Burgers and 1 Pepsi. Each burger costs around 300rs. and a pepsi bottle was for 20rs. Desirable Resolution - I need a refund for all the missing items. Was this information helpful? | |

We will certainly take this up with the relevant team to make sure such instances are avoided in the future. As checked already refund for Rs.600/- Has been processed to your source account and the same will be credited back in 5-7 days. Rest assured your voice is heard and will make sure it reaches the right team. Once again sorry for this unpleasant experience.
