Swiggy — money not refunded for order not delivered | |||||
On 5th august, i placed an order for 3 chocolate shakes. I didnot get my order & money got deducted. I called swiggy they said my money would be transfered back. I have not received the amount till now. After keeping me on wait for 10 days they asked me to get deatils from phonepe. Now when i got the the merchant id sw_pp_[protected], they are saying on chat support they cant refund as per their policy. Its a matter for fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I’ll Oder it for a chicken biryani and u r side delivers a chicken fried rice this is note fare even u r executives also Mis behaving Nd it’s taking to much time . Worst experience from swiggy
