Swiggy — money not refunded for the item which was not delivered | |||
#[protected] I had ordered 2 pizzas and 1 chicken wings from dominos through swiggy app. When the delivery boy delivered there was one item missing(chicken wings). As online payment was already made delivery boy informed that he will let the required team know to refund the amount for the item that was not delivered. I got in touch with swiggy, but the call center executive who called back had no clue what to do about it. And she also denied to transfer the call who can help her figure out what is the issue. On the chat with anyother service executive she asked me to contact dominos. I don't understand why should I talk to dominos when I have made the purchase from swiggy app.? I have not received any refund till date. (119 RS) I'm disappointed with the service provided by swiggy. It is swiggy as a service providers responsibly to get this issue sorted and refund the required amount back to my bank account. I also want to clarify, I don't want the money going to any swiggy wallet or dominos wallet. I'm making my point clear " I want the amount credited back to my bank from where the amount was debited" for the service that was not delivered which was promised.
