Order i'd: [protected]. I ordered in swiggy on 06/06/19 @ 1.10pm and the payment of rs.417/-. The first transaction was failed.
So i tried second time for same order amount rs.417/- and payment was successful. But due to delay delivery i have cancelled my order. This second order refund was credited into y account on 11/06/19.
But still the first which was failed transaction amount is not yet credited back to my account.
From past one month chat with swiggy and asking customer care contact number but they didn't given their number to call.
Swiggy chat team simply said to check with source account. But source account (Icici bank) told need a mail confirmation from swiggy as not received my money.
But chat team not ready to send a mail confirmation. Also not giving customer care contact number.
Very very worst support from swiggy.
I feel very bad as following swiggy from one month before onwards.
