Swiggy — need refund for orders that were not delivered

I ordered food from the menu with swiggy and i prepaid for the food. I got no response from the delivery person and later i called up to ask about the ordered food and then he says that the food that i ordered is not there in the shop. I was made to speak with the shop owner and he said it was some mistake in the app that it was showing food which were not present in the restaurant. The shop owner convinced me to have another order which was not the thing that i ordered. I paid 190 earlier but was delivered food worth 65. I was told that i will be refunded from swiggy after sometime but i do not see any cashback done. It's been two weeks now. I want my cash back. I could not contact customer care service as it only accepts issues related to active order. Please guide me on how to handle this

Its been more than 30 mins.
I have been waiting for so long and he is not coming..
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
I have already paid the amount. This doesnot mean you will delay the order.
