Swiggy — No refund for double booked order because of Swiggy's technical issue | |
I am Ramesh Yadlapalli from Hyderabad. Pin: 500049. When I ordered food, payment was success in PhonePe but failed in Swiggy. It asked me to retry the payment and I did. After 3 minutes, when I check, there were 2 orders placed instead of one. I canceled one order and asked for refund. But Swiggy denied. See how Swiggy is looting people even for their mistakes. Requested user log but no response from them. They looted Rs.1004 from me even for their mistake. This is completely injustice. Was this information helpful? | |
