Swiggy — no response from your team

We a
Have a restaurant in sec 29 ggn. We did tie up with swiggy but i am unable to get any support from your team. Rhea who got the deal cracked is not picking up the call, mr kushal our bm is not responding to my calls. I dont understand what is the use of so many tie ups if at all your team cant handle them. Need your assistance on urgent basis.
