Order no. [protected], order taken at 21.19 on 11th may 2019 mentioning the same will be delivered in next 52 minutes. After patiently waiting till 10.45, called the service centre, who answered cooly that the ordered can not be delivered due to some technical problem and the amount will be returned back.
Is this way to treat the customers. Why they can not reply immediately stating that they can not delivery the items and cancel the order. When the customer called then only the reply in a casual way given that the order will be cancelled. What an irresponsible answer, at that hour the family has to go and search for the food ordered. If i am not going to get a reply within 24 hours from the responsible person from swiggy, i am going to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum for the agony i suffered today.
