1. I placed an order for dinner on 27 nov 19 with tadka dhaba in pundcherry. The order failed but the amount of rs 898/- was deducted from my account.
2. I contacted swiggy immediately through chat and was assured that the refund would be made in 4-7 working days.
3. I contacted again on 09 dec 19. I was again assured of the refund in 4-7 working days.
4. I contacted again on 11 dec and 17 dec 19 and have received the same machine like responses. They have standard answers and claim to initiate refunds every time with no fruitful result.
5. It seems swiggy is surviving on the "interests" earned from these failed orders. It is pathetic to say the least. Was this information helpful? |
