We have noticed a chicken piece in our veg biryani rice. Upon calling swiggy, and notifying them of the issue. We have received bad response and ignorance towards the issue reported.
This instance has hurt sentimental values of me being a vegetarian. Is how customer service is done.
During my call with the customer service representative, i was on hold for more than 20 minutes. When been asked the agent clams manger is very busy (Ashish). This very disappointing to see how moral and sentimental vales of our customers are ignored.
