[Resolved] Swiggy — Online Food Ordering Not what was ordered or expected | |
The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered 1 set of Chappathi and Gobi 65 in ANJAPPAR Koramangala restaurant. I strictly mentioned and enabled Pure Veg option. But I received non vegetarian kuruma along with the chappatti. Tried calling the authority but couldn't reach. I need an explanation and compensation. If ignored, I have to complaint in consumer court. It occurred on: 10/06/2021 I need either the payment should be refunded, or one time the choice of food which I make to be given for free even without the delivery charges. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account. I got the response from Swiggy team. They have initiated for my refund. Please don't repeat the mistake. As I have not eaten anything tonight. But anyways, thanks for the response and don't repeat the mistake.
