Swiggy executive was at restaurant for over 45 minutes and i was not able to track further movement of order picking up for over 50 minutes.
I had started chatting with swiggy team and they rudely end the chat by saying it will deliver as executive reached to restaurant.
I again started chat and now he said, it will take 60 more minutes and when said it is already 60 minutes of order then he started chasing to delivery rider and then informed restaurant is closed.
Now the order time is 80 minutes.
Question are?
1. How come restaurant accepted order and confirmation pop-up at my screen?
2. What was there delivery partner was doing for over 50 minutes at restaurant when it was closed?
3. How come same restaurant was available on sales even after they are closed?
4. When it is all swigy's mistake then why they not accepted there fault?
5. Why i should not demand for 100 times refund for order which was waited for 80 minutes after order confirmed?
