I am ishwarya from chennai. Recently few days back i have ordered from swiggy pop where my order was around 125 rs. I have given the correct address while ordering, but the delivery person said that he was standing in a far location and couldn’t be delivered to my place. Someone from customer care side called me and we were conversing. At last my order was cancelled and cancellation fee of 62 was taken. While ordering also the swiggy app didn’t display that the restaurant was far away and even from my side i didn’t change the address. Please check on this and transfer my cancellation fee of 62 since the mistake was not on my side. Please find the attached screenshot for my correct address and order number.
