I have ordered beer. I have given instruction that if beer will be chilled then only pick the order, and also instructed delivery guy same thing. they agreed, but still they tried to deliver hot beer an customer care asked me to keep them in to fridge for 10 min, But I don't have fridge then what will I do with those beers. So I asked only for chilled beer, then Swiggy cancelled my order, but they are not refunding.
