"customer service proves to be one of the most important keys to the success of the food industry. A lack of customer service makes the customer feel unwelcomed and disengaged to the service. People will come for the food, but will come back again for the service."
Very disappointed with the kind of service provided. Swiggy should focus more towards improving customer services then marketing strategies.
I am writing to seek your attention in a problem that i have experienced with swiggy. It is a problem that is causing consumer some concern and that swiggy customer support have been unable to solve without bringing to your attention. Find details below of the problem i faced:

After placing the order and awaiting delivery for almost an hour. I received notification stating order was delivered, immediately i contacted swiggy support to seek help regarding the order. (Conversation enclosed in screenshots in attachments) and unexpectedly i received response asking permission to initiate refund for the order, reasoning ill-logical events happened due to which order was delivered/canceled/whatever.
I am very upset about this as i have been using swiggy for so-long time. And this isn't the first time i have faced issue with my order.
I raised this matter formally, since i haven't been satisfied with the outcome. I tried reaching out to customer service agent over phone number, but was not reachable. It not always about the money which we pay, but the kind of service which we requested. I would like to see if there is something that you could do in the matter. Hope to get response on this at the earnest possible.
