I ordered the food from the restaurant, "The Sukh Sagar"(sakchi, Jamshedpur) on 7th of April.I had given my home address for the delivery purpose.
Then I got a call from swiggy team that my address was given wrong and it was showing sakchi.This has happened twice with me.The team accepted that it was their's system fault and by mistake the address which was selected was inappropriate.
Then they told me my residential address and rectified it.I did not even mentioned my address at that time.
Then they said "if your house will be within 5 km then only they would deliver the food."
Afterwards I was told to be in hold and further informed that, the distance was about 6 km, so they're cancelling my order.and further I was charged with the cancellation fee of Rs 87.
Several times I contacted the support team for resolving the issue, but they were least interested and didn't even listened to my problem and closed the chat.
I just placed my order in that very restaurant which was showing in the app that will deliver to my location.I am attaching an image file which would make you clear the fact that the restaurant which is Available for delivery to my location, I have ordered from that very restaurant and moreover you'll be able to see that from my side the address given was correct.
Kindly see to the issue and resolve it, otherwise I will be no longer be able to use it because of such a bad service provided by you all.
