[Resolved]  Swiggy — order not completed but payment deducted

0n 19.4.19, by online banking i tried to order food from swiggy, but order was not processed due to some techincal error, 'instead amount of rs.499/- & rd.478/- was deducted from my sbi accounts. Payment processor was atom technologies ltd. It was not refunded till date.
Reference no. Was[protected]igafyntgy4 and[protected]igafyptng1, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
