Swiggy — order not delivered but still charged the amount | |||
Dear sir, i had placed my order on dominos through swiggy on 27th september 2019. The order was shown as accepted by dominos in the swiggy app and i paid an upfront amount to swiggy for the order. The tracking of the order wasn’t available on swiggy as they said dominos will make the delivery. But when i tried to track dominos order through their app, it didn’t open. I tried contacting the local outlet of dominos and it didn’t get through. I tried contacting dominos toll free number spoke to two executives and they assured since the order is non traceable and it had been more than 1 hour, the order is cancelled as i had requested. But, even now there has been no confirmation of my payment reimbursement from swiggy and in fact swiggy isn’t helping me in any way towards assuring the reimbursement.in fact in my order cart at swiggy it says the item is delivered, whereas it wasn’t.
