Swiggy — order response very poor | |||
I m trying to book one chicken fried rice in tasty kitchen restaurant. The upi transaction is successful in my bank side. But the order is not confirmed by the swiggy app. Then i cancel the payment and book the food in zomato delivery app. Then i received the swiggy order without any prior notification and also receiving zomato order. So my money is wasted on the swiggy app. I have contacted the customer service, he's not satisfies my problem and impolite speech. Very very poor swiggy customers. My money has been waste.
