Swiggy — orders

Yesterday i had given swiggy order and placed order from swiggy through phone pe the payment had done money debited from account. But order was not received and amount was not refunded.
This is due to carless of swiggy services.
Previously also i placed order but it was cancelled. But amount not debited.
I can't understand how swiggy can play with customers. Without any intimacy to customers cancell the order. While customer placing orders they will not accept the orders.
I can't understand that how swiggy persons are careless towards customers. Even they were not bringing orders to customer delivery location. Customer have to come to swiggy delivery person to pick the order. It's not fare.
I can understood that the swiggy management itself very very worst than ever.
1. No courtesy
3. Worst responses
4. Poor customer service
5. Worst maintenance
(No tissues, spoons, paper plates) with order.
6. No discipline and very rash behaviour.
All these things i can observed and no priority towards customers. Due to lack of knowledge.
Without any how swiggy can management are working and i was wondering after seeing all these things.
Many times i remainding to swiggy that please change tag line of swiggy (Hunger saviour) it's not suitable. Because it's raising hungry to customers to suffer with hungry.
Note : in today society money is not easily available to plants and trees.
If any customer placing of order due to hungry only and not for sake of playing fun and entertainment with swiggy persons.
But swiggy management is playing with hungry customers without taking orders and demanding customer to collect from swiggy persons. How fare it is??.
From now i were not able to tolerate these kind of nonsense from swiggy management. I will never ever place any order from swiggy. They taught a wonderful lesson to us.
Finally i can request you to please refund my amount back to my account. Or else to whom ever i had to complain i can complain.
