Swiggy — pathetic customer service and poor food quality

Hi,
I have ordered food from restaurant "i am hungry" and received old and bad quality of food when tried to report the issue with cs they just closed the chat window without giving any proper resolution.

Please audit all the chats and conversation and refund my money

The restaurant provided bad food quality and swiggy accept the mistake and refund me and sometime later swiggy blocked my account says your refund maximum reached. I am mail to swiggy to unblock my account but the support team can't unblock my account how in response to a customer I hope u understand my problem unblock my account
