Swiggy — Payment got deducted twice for the same order but swiggy is not issuing the refund

I have made a purchase on 1st May for grocery and made payment using Amazon pay . The payment has been deducted twice from Amazon pay . I contacted swiggy customer care and they informed that the payment will be refunded in 5 to 7 days. It's not yet refunded to my amazon pay account. Contact# [protected]
