Swiggy — payment refunded

I have placed cake ordered on 7april, ordered is unavailable due to ordered cake is not available at restaurant. Still i am not saw money is refunded to my account. I have chat conversation with your representative. I want refund my money as soon as possible or today itself. Otherwise i will make complaints against your company at consumer care india. For your reference kindly find the attached screen shot. You will only provide the worst services in regarding delivery, refund, and all other services. This my experience with you.
