Swiggy — Pizza Order reaches after 3 hours

We were hungry and ordered pizza through Swiggy at 7:32 on 25-06-23. The commitment was 30 min. The order arrives at 10:52 almost 3+ hours later. There was no response from them. Contacting the stores provided nobody picking up. We finally had to go out for dinner and our guests left. it was an awkward situation. We went outside to have dinner around 9:00pm and came back at 10:30. When we checked we find that the pizza guy has left and reaches us at 11:52. We sent him back. Within few min the payment was approved for refund

Their commitment showed 30 mins. They have not fulfilled their commitment as per the rules.
