Swiggy — poor quality of food delivery and poor quality of customer care executives | |||
Order No [protected]. Would like to share very bad experience with swiggy on 11-Jun-2019 which shows on the poor quality of customer care at swiggy. I ordered pizza from pizzahut with a soft drink bottle. I received the order late, the pizza was of poor quality, and the soft drink bottle was not delivered. I even shared picture of the pizza with customer care. I asked delivery executive and he told me to talk to customer care myself. Customer care executive promised a replacememt order and confirmed me not to return back the original poor quality pizza. Later on I received only a Pepsi bottle. I asked delivery executive and he refused to talk to customer care or even wait till i discussed with customer care. I asked customer care and they were fully insensitive and lacked transparency. He had no clear answer for whether the replacememt order was for full order or only pepsi bottle. Even after asking many times the customer care executive offered no solution. At 11:30 in the night after spending good 3 hours I am sitting hungry, swiggy has taken payment, and swiggy executive is not concerned with providing any solution. He is only providing diplomatic answers.Swiggy has no escalation mechanism. I feel cheated at the hands of swiggy. Was this information helpful? | |||
