Swiggy — received delayed and cold food. | |||
I made an order through swiggy app, on 4 april 2019, at 9:45 pm. Order was 1 motton seekh kebab, from spice of india, order number, #[protected]. (Please find attachment for the same) The above stated restaurant ie. Spice of india, was under assurance of 30min or free. (Please find attachment for the same) But i received my order at 10:35pm. (Please find attachment for the same) Due to delay i received cold food and was not in a condition to be eaten. As soon as i received the order i informed the customer executive and he assured that my money will be refunded. But my money has not been refunded yet. It was my 3rd order through swiggy and i had a very bad experience. There is no one to help me out on this issue. Please look in to the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.
