Dear sir/ma'am,
On 07.04.2019, i have ordered two dishes bearing the order no. #[protected] from a restaurant which goes by the name hao chi (P 365, parnashree pally, behala, kolkata) and have paid the invoiced amount (Rs. 201) by my debit card.
Upon receiving the delivery of the order i have found out that out of two dishes ordered, only one has been delivered and immediately i have contacted the customer care and they have initiated a refund and i have received a refund initiation message from swiggy with the reference number 5546434933606564303020.
It has been 12 days since i have received the refund initiation message promising me that the refunded amount shall reflect on my bank account with the next 5-7 days but still i have not received the refunded amount.
The customer care guys have not been any helpful at all regarding my issue and suggested me a email id "[protected]@swiggy.in" but even after mailing at this email id, i have not received any kind of responses.
Please. Look into the issue and kindly resolve the same at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
