Swiggy — Refund amount of 28, Order #[protected] | |
This has regards to the below order : Order #[protected] This was an incomplete order as an important item was missing from the order. When i contacted the customer care i was guided by a chatbot wherein i was given the resolution that the due amount would be credited to Freecharge being the source of payment. Till date i am unable to see this amount of Rs. 28 on Freecharge. Attached details ! Swiggy has started resorting to unscrupulous ways of cheating customers by delivering incomplete orders with missing items and not refunding the money on time. It is a matter of great shame and disgrace. How dare you people do such things? I want this amount credited to my Credit card or account linked to Swiggy instead of beating around the bush. I have wasted my time writing to Freecharge but the fault is actually vested with Swiggy. Was this information helpful? | |
