[Resolved] Swiggy — refund hasn't been processed | |||
Date of order : april 1st 2018 Order id: [protected] I had ordered a dominos pizza at approximately 10:00 pm in the night. Not only was the order not delivered and they left us starving the entire night. The delivery man from dominos called me stating he was in another area that was extremely far from mine. Dominos agreed to cancel the order and they have provided a screenshot from their attached to this complaint. As you can in the attached images, swiggy has confirmed the mixup and yet have marked the order as delivered and assured me a 7 day time to refund. Dominos has already processed their refund but its been more than 11 days now and swiggy keeps closing tickets and opening them on purpose. They have even shifted to chat support entirely with absolutely no way to contact them. The chat support as you can see in the attached image immediately closes the ticket. These guys are major fraudsters and should be closed from conducting business. They deliver to about 40% while stealing from the remaining 60%, it's obviously a nexus and then they refuse to contact customers regarding the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
