I had placed an order on 01/11/2018 worth 822 from my registered number [protected]. The expected delivery time was around 30 minutes. After placing the order i received the call from the hotel from which i had placed order that it would take more than 1 hour to deliver the food and he insisted me to cancel the order and even i was not ready to wait for so long, hence i cancelled the order. The person who had called me said that i would receive refund which i didn't get till date. I tried contacting swiggy through help section from my swiggy mobile app but there was no response from their end.

Updated by Vishu Rajpurohit I received a mail from Swiggy saying payment has been initiated, but its been more than 10 days that i haven't received my amount yet.
