I have got a reply that money will credited within 2 to 3 working days. But i didn't receive the amount. Your team have given me a standard reply to check with the bank. I have checked with the bank and money is not received at my account and for them to investigate further they need the transaction reference number of the refund and the date on which refund is initiated.
