It has been more than a month that I am seeking for the refund of my failed transaction in swiggy which got already deducted from my account but when a cistomer care executive is pinged, he/she asks for the order id and says that the amount will get credited to your account in 5-7 business days. Finally, last customer care executive said that the transaction got failed and they did not recieve any amount whereas it clearly shows that the amount is debited. Initially they mentioned that the amount got debited and will be refunded, now they say it is not in their account. It is such a rediculous service and even they close the chat not even listening to what customer is saying. Till today the amount is not credited to my account, I promise of not using swiggy ever in future and guys trust me.. purchase from swiggy at your risk bcz once the amount is deducted and the order is failed, forget to get your money back.
