Swiggy — refund not given and unable to contact customer care | |||
I placed an order with swiggy on 14.02.2019 for 488 rupees and made the payment with amazon pay (ie to specify that i paid in advance). Now, since the restaurant did not have what i had ordered a representative called me from swiggy and asked me if i wanted to cancel the order as i did not want anything else. i accepted order cancellation and was told that the amount would be refunded in maximum 24 hours. The HELP section in the app seems to be a dead end. in swiggy chat i try to explain my problem but there is no reply. most of the time my texts are not going through. it just shows sending.. Since past those 24 hours i have been trying to contact swiggy on their number[protected] which i found online. The customer care automated call says that there are no current orders for this mobile number and HANGS UP! I tried calling Swiggy Offices in Chennai but no luck there too. All numbers i try to call are switched off or non-existent. HOW DO I GET THE REFUND? Was this information helpful? | |||
