Swiggy — refund not received for double payment on same order

I have placed an order of food worth rs. 2819 on 3rd of october (Order no:[protected]). On making the payment, the payment was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I made the second attempt and order was successfully placed. I raised a request to refund the extra payment with their support team and they informed it will be resolved and refunded in 2-4 business days. I have not received a refund at the time of writing this complaint.
I followed up after every 2-4 days as stated by their support team but every followup had the same response that they are looking into it and the refund will be successfully credited in 2-4 business days.
I must have had 5 sessions of chats with their executives. They seem to have templated responses with no idea of what transpired in the previous support chat.
It has been more than 3 weeks from their first commitment but i have not received my refund yet.
