Food ordered on april 6 2020 wad of bad quality as there were feathers of a chicken in my food and refund was inititated from swiggy on april 7 2020.

Checked with my bank and money not yet received wheras swiggy claims that refund is completed. Now swiggy is very lathargic with their reply and they simply say that all they can do is give a reference number and they want me to talk to my bank which i ve already done.
I feel swiggy is cheating its customers. They should help people out during a refund process instead of simply adking them to talk to their bank just like a robot. Was this information helpful? |
