[Resolved] Swiggy — refund not yet received for my cancelled order | |||
I have ordered some foods through swiggy. As i have not received the order i started a chat with swiggy personell he told me few items were not available in restaurant and please choose an alternative for those food for the second time and told me to cancel my order third time after those foods were not available. I asked him will you refund the amount i paid through phone pe and he told me it would be refunded within 24 hours and i asked him instant refund. He told me it is possible i will give you a coupon instead of refunding of the money to my account. At same cost. Still now i havent received my refund and now they are telling it would be refunded within a week. I am still waiting Was this information helpful? | |||

Swiggy is available in erode town only.not available to all places in erode.especially Perundurai chennimalai.pls we want swiggy in all these place .perundurai chennimalai Gobi kunnathur
