Swiggy — refund of 2 successive failed transactions of rs 633/- not done yet even after a month | |||
I made a purchase through the swiggy app on 5th of May 2019. I paid using the Gpay mode. I tried twice and both the time money got deducted from my HDFC account but received failure notifications from Swiggy. Then I paid Cash on delivery. SInce then I have been following up with Swiggy and everytime the cusomer care asks me to wait for 3 to 5 days for refund to be credited. Finally I called up HDFC customer care and they asked me to get the refund tracking numbers. I got those tracking numbers from Swiggy and passed it on to HDFC bank. Now the bank tells me that since the refund is from a Non-HDFC bank and UPI mode payment they cannot do much to validate that. Now I donot know what needs to be done. Swiggy is taking me for a ride and I have lost all hopes of getting the two refunds of Rs 633 each.
