I ordered (#[protected]) ice cream from nic natural hyderabad using swiggy and applied coupon code gpay150 on 29th june 2019 with the assurance of flat rs 150/- cashback which i haven't received so far. Attached is the chat conversation with swiggy executive where he assured that i will receive my cashback within 2-4 days which i haven't received till date. On asking him again about the status, he said sorry for the mishap but he can't help me in getting my money back. How unprofessional is this? They are telling me to connect with google pay rather than taking responsibility of what is being posted on their app. On asking further they just stopped the conversation thread. Thereby again showing an irresponsible and unprofessional attitude.
