Swiggy — sending stale food

I ordered veg manchurian and swiggy sent me non-veg manchurian. Upon tasting it it i found non-veg and also very stale. I'm a pregnant women and this kind of service can ruin my health. I've contacted swiggy to ask for either refund or replacement but they're so rude in saying system is not allowing to compensate. You can contact me on mouni.
