[Resolved] Swiggy — Service related issue | |
Dwight delivery boy call after 30 mins n asks me to cancel the order n then on refusing to cancel he say wait I will take time. I get a message at 9:43 PM that the order had been picked n it’s been more than 15 mins I have not received the delivery, my home from Naturals would be a max of 800 Mtrs. I went down to the Center to pick my delivery n the parlour said that delivery has been picked up n on calling the delivery person he said that there is a lot of traffic on the way. I walked back to home n then the delivery reaches at 9:55 n tells me sorry n if you want to take the it pls do so or leave it. The delivery appeared to be high n there were 2 boys for delivery n both of them In the same condition. It makes me me very concerned to put orders on Swiggy now as I am concerned about my family, as these delivery boys were not less than drunk goons. I had a bad experience with Swiggy some couple of years back n just to try once again I did load the Swiggy app n ordered again. The whole incident did actually shiver me of the services. I would once again delete the app on sending the message to you. I am compelled to explore the legal help… Was this information helpful? | |
