Swiggy — stale and spoiled food provided | |||||
I order a cake from swiggy on 08.11.2019 order no: # [protected]. The provided cake was stale and spoil, the insect was there on the cake (Ants & spider). When i complained they send another cake from the same bakery the same type of stale and spoil the cake. Swiggy denied sending fresh cake from another outlet. Swiggy was not concerned about food safety regulations and customer health. They regularly called me and forced me to close the complained from different numbers. When i asked them to take action against (Tasty bakery, m. P nagar bhopal), they denied and closed my complained without my permission. The emphasis was on only sending another useless cake to the delivery address. Swiggy is making money only from the customer, they are not concern about customer health. I payed SWIGGY ₹125 for food via my AMAZON PAY BOB UPI. The amount was deducted from my account but SWIGGY was unable to provide me that service.
