[Resolved] Swiggy — Swiggy failing to issue refund | |||
I ordered groceries from swiggy app and the payment has been deducted twice from my Amazon pay account. I have been calling the customer care and they are refusing to issue the refund but kept informing to wait for 7 days. It's more than 10 days now and I haven't received a refund. I am writing emails which is being ignored as well . They haven't replied to the emails even though after sending multiple follow up emails. The best part is their ceo is also part of the scams that swiggy does as he is also ccd in the emails. Was this information helpful? | |||
