Swiggy — Swiggy FRAUD and Delivery executive FRAUD. | |||
On 20th April 2021, I ordered a 25kg premium rice bag from Ratandeep LB Nagar in swiggy stores. To be sure before hand of the stock availability in the store, i called up the store personally and confirmed that the 25kg Ratandeep premium rice bag is available. Then i placed order on swiggy, the executive reached Ratandeep and took more than normal time to pick the order . He then calls me and says that the 25kg Ratandeep premium rice bag is not available and he is brining the 25kg standard rice bag . He told that there is only Standard bag available . He said the price for that is Rs.1600 and asked me to transfer Rs.1600 to his phone pe account . I transferred the money. There was no response from him after calling him multiple time, He bought 25kg standard rice bag, left the rice bad my gate and went running without even providing me the bill of the rice bag. He ripped off the MPR label which is on the bag. I tried calling him but he ran in a hurry and did not answer any of my calls. Then i raised multiple queries with swiggy customer support, they didn't provide me any response . Now am tired for raising complaints with swiggy to find no response . I gave them enough time to assist me, it has been 10 days now . My Rs.1600/- are at loss . I HAVE NEVER EXPECTED SUCH BIG A FRAUD ON SUCH A BIG PLATFORM LIKE SWIGGY. When i tried to explain my issue, swiggy had not bothered to understand my problem and resolve it. I want swiggy to take action on this and refund me. Was this information helpful? | |||
